ULTRARON

The ULTRARON is of compact design and rugged construction. The table is actually a large bearing assembly constructed with two rows of precision lapped balls, preloaded against each other, near the outer diameter. 


The base of the table is the outer race and the inner race is attached to the tabletop. Locating the precision lapped balls near the outer diameter assures maximum table stability and enables the ULTRARON to withstand heavy axial and radial loading. It also allows large through holes where the application requires it. The ULTRARON is stiff enough to be used for machining operations.


The manual ULTRARON operates freely whether in horizontal or vertical position. It is available in 6” to 48” base diameters with special top plates to 84” in diameter. Digital readouts can be adapted to all ULTRARON tables.


Any table using even the best of commercial bearings cannot achieve the accuracies of these standard ULTRARON Rotary Tables by AA Gage.

ALL ULTRARONS include the following:


· All bearing surfaces are steel: hardened and ground


· Two rows of PRECISION LAPPED BALLS, preloaded axially and radially.


· Bearings are located near the outer periphery of the table for additional stability and accuracy.


· Bearings are permanently lubricated.


· Sealed to prevent contamination from machine particles, dust, dirt and coolant.


· Standard concentricity, 0.000030” Inch (0.000762 mm), measured by standard ball check procedures.


· Table top furnished with drilled and tapped holes (patterns and sizes vary with table size).


· Base supplied with mounting holes.
